Mirror, Mirror

2026

A life size kiosk structure rendered in denim, steel, and mixed media materials, evoking the vernacular architecture of American storefronts and fortune telling booths. The facade features two illuminated LCD screens displaying symbolic imagery in blue and white tones, flanked by metal grillwork and signage reading 'ORACLE AVA 1:13'. The work combines digital technologies including AI avatar generation, text to speech software, and LED neon with industrial building materials, creating a hybrid space that merges working class Americana with contemporary computational systems. Doyle's characteristic use of denim and found construction materials grounds the piece in tangible materiality while its AI driven components speak to disembodied digital presence. The installation functions as both sculptural tableau and functional apparatus, inviting viewers to contemplate the intersection of human intuition and algorithmic prediction.

Medium
Denim, steel, aluminum, spray paint, lexan, plywood, 2x4s, sheet metal screws, LED Neon, insulation foam, sound proofing foam, fiberglass insulation, the frame lcd screen, fluorescent lights, electrical wire, speakers, amplifier, hey gen avatar generator, chat gpt, eleven labs
