5. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Use

All content on The Collection, including but not limited to artwork images, descriptions, articles, editorial content, user profiles, and collection data, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from The Collection or its associated applications for any purpose without express written permission from the content owner or The Collection.

You may not use any automated means, including but not limited to web scrapers, crawlers, bots, spiders, data mining tools, or artificial intelligence and machine learning systems, to access, collect, harvest, index, or train on any content from The Collection. This includes but is not limited to using content to train, fine tune, or otherwise develop any machine learning model, large language model (LLM), generative AI system, or similar technology. Unauthorized scraping, data extraction, or AI training on our content constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
