SUBJECT: Member Privacy Protocol

I. Each member retains absolute discretion over the visibility of every work catalogued. Visibility may be set fully private, to followers, to members, or fully public.

II. Purchase prices, insurance valuations, provenance, and physical location are private by default, visible only to the member unless explicitly shared.

III. Anonymous posting is supported for sensitive acquisitions, allowing works to be catalogued without identifying the owner.

IV. Members may block, mute, or restrict any other member at any time. Direct contact requires mutual acceptance.

V. The Collection is privately funded and member-aligned, built with a real dedication to collectors, artists, and the broader art community we serve.
