Graciela Sacco — M² Infinite: How much is a square meter of waiting?
Graciela Sacco

M² Infinite: How much is a square meter of waiting?

Graciela Sacco's *M² Infinite: How much is a square meter of waiting?* is a haunting mixed media installation that uses her signature heliography technique to imprint ghostly human figures onto worn shoes and wood, evoking themes of displacement, migration, and the invisible weight of waiting. The interplay of transparent and two-way mirror Plexiglas creates a disorienting, infinite reflection of these objects, collapsing the boundaries between viewer and subject. A single electric lamp casts a stark, solitary light throughout the work, amplifying its meditation on confinement, time, and the precarious space occupied by those forced to wait.

Medium
Mixed media installation comprised of 'heliography' on shoes and wood, transparent and two-way mirror Plexiglas, silver painted wood and one electric lamp with cable.
