A vibrant accumulation of everyday domestic objects—a birdcage, pink plastic tub, yellow cake form, and fake fur—are bound together with thread and anchored to carpet, creating a playful yet tension-filled sculptural cluster. Stockholder activates the assembly with her signature application of acrylic and oil paint, allowing color to flow freely across surfaces, dissolving the boundaries between the objects and unifying them into a single vivid composition. The work exemplifies her ongoing exploration of sculpture as an extension of painting, transforming ordinary materials into a charged, sensory experience.
