Phytuziann (for Parkett)
Ernesto Neto's *Phytuziann (for Parkett)* (2006) is a tactile, organic work consisting of a spice-filled netting bag that engages the senses of touch and smell, characteristic of the Brazilian artist's immersive sculptural practice. Published as an edition of 60 by Parkett Editions in Zurich and New York, the piece is signed with initials in black ink on a fabric label sewn into the mesh seam, along with the title, date, and edition number. The work exemplifies Neto's signature use of elastic, translucent materials and natural substances to create intimate, body-conscious objects that blur the boundaries between sculpture and sensory experience.
