Inserções em circuitos ideológicos
A conceptual work by Brazilian artist Cildo Meireles, *Inserções em circuitos ideológicos* involves the subversive act of stamping political messages and information onto everyday objects—such as Coca-Cola bottles and banknotes—before returning them to circulation. By infiltrating existing economic and consumer systems, Meireles transformed anonymous, mass-produced items into vehicles for covert communication and resistance, particularly in the context of Brazil's military dictatorship. The work challenges the boundaries between art and activism, using the infrastructure of capitalism itself as a medium for dissent.
