Mori creates photography, video, and installations blending technology, pop culture, and Buddhist philosophy to explore transcendence and futurism. Her early photographic works featured herself in cyborg costumes, while later projects include "Wave UFO" and monumental public sculptures. She is collected by MoMA, Guggenheim, and Serpentine Galleries.
