Ludovico Diaz de Santillana

Ludovico Diaz de Santillana was an Italian glass artist and designer, son of the renowned Venini glassworks heiress Anna Venini and architect Richard Meier's collaborator Paolo Diaz de Santillana. He carried forward the legacy of the iconic Venini glassworks on Murano, creating sculptural glass works that blend modernist sensibility with traditional Venetian glassblowing techniques. His pieces have appeared at major auction houses including Christie's and Phillips, recognized for their elegant, experimental approach to Murano glass.
