B. Prabha

B. Prabha was a prolific Indian painter renowned for her graceful, elongated depictions of pensive rural women rendered in oil on canvas. Her distinctive style was characterized by figures dominated by a single, evocative colour, earning her a celebrated place in Indian modern art. Her work was exhibited in over 50 exhibitions and acquired by prestigious collections including India's National Gallery of Modern Art, the TIFR Art Collection, and the Air India Art Collection.
