Angelo Lelii

Angelo Lelii (1911, 1979) was an Italian designer best known for his work with Arredoluce, the renowned Milanese lighting company, where he served as chief designer from the 1950s onward. His designs are celebrated for their sculptural elegance, innovative use of materials such as brass and enameled metal, and their embodiment of Italian mid-century modernism. Lelii's lamp designs, including iconic models like the 'Triennale' floor lamp, are highly sought after by collectors and have become emblematic of postwar Italian design excellence.
