Titian (c. 1488-1576) was the leading painter of the Venetian school during the Renaissance, renowned for his masterful use of color, dynamic compositions, and ability to capture both religious and secular subjects. He had an enormously productive workshop that assisted in creating his many commissioned works. His influence on European painting was profound and lasting.
