Tishan Hsu

Hsu creates paintings and sculptures that explore the interface between the human body and technology, anticipating contemporary concerns about digital existence. His work from the 1980s-90s features biomorphic forms merged with technological surfaces. He has had recent exhibitions at SculptureCenter, Hammer Museum, and the 2024 Venice Biennale.
