Shilpa Gupta creates interactive installations, video works, and sculptures that address borders, surveillance, censorship, and collective memory. Her celebrated work 'For, In Your Tongue, I Cannot Fit' (100 suspended microphones reciting censored poetry) was shown at the Venice Biennale. She has exhibited at the Tate Modern, Guggenheim, and had a major retrospective at SMAK Ghent.
