Richard LaBarre Goodwin

Richard LaBarre Goodwin (1840, 1910) was an American still life painter best known for his trompe l'oeil compositions featuring hunting trophies, game, and cabin door subjects. He studied and worked primarily in the northeastern United States, gaining recognition for his highly realistic depictions of rustic and sporting scenes. His work is represented in numerous private collections and has appeared regularly at major American auction houses.
