Works
Malani creates video installations, shadow plays, and paintings addressing gender violence, sectarian conflict, and postcolonial trauma. Her multi-projection works like "In Search of Vanished Blood" combine mythology with contemporary politics. She has exhibited at documenta, Centre Pompidou, and won the Joan Miró Prize in 2019.
