Maison Jansen was a prestigious Paris-based interior decoration firm founded in 1880 by Dutch-born decorator Hans Jansen, renowned for its opulent and eclectic approach to interior design and fine furniture. The house became one of the most influential decorating firms of the 20th century, counting among its clients European royalty, heads of state, and figures such as the Duke and Duchess of Windsor and Jacqueline Kennedy. Operating from its headquarters on the Rue Royale in Paris, Jansen produced and sourced exceptional furniture, objets d'art, and decorative pieces blending neoclassical, Louis XVI, and modernist influences.
