Kris Graves

Kris Graves is an American photographer and publisher based in New York City, known for his documentary and fine art photography exploring themes of identity, race, and place in contemporary America. His work often examines Black American life and experience through portraiture and landscape, blending social commentary with formal photographic aesthetics. Graves is also the founder of Kris Graves Projects, an independent publishing house dedicated to promoting underrepresented voices in photography.
