Jean René Bazaine

Jean René Bazaine was a French painter, stained glass window designer, and writer, recognized as a significant figure in post-war European abstract art. He was a great great grandson of the English Court portraitist Sir George Hayter, linking him to a distinguished artistic lineage. Bazaine contributed both visually and intellectually to the art world through his paintings and written works on aesthetics.
