Hannah Starkey

Hannah Starkey is a Belfast-born, London-based photographer known for her meticulously staged, large-format images that explore the inner lives and psychological states of women in everyday urban environments. Her cinematic tableaux draw on the traditions of both fine art and documentary photography, presenting anonymous female subjects in moments of quiet contemplation and solitude.
