Giovanni Anceschi

Giovanni Anceschi is an Italian artist and theorist born in 1939, recognized as a pioneering figure in kinetic and programmed art. He was a founding member of the Gruppo T in Milan in 1959, a collective dedicated to exploring perception, movement, and the integration of technology into artistic practice. Anceschi has also been influential as a design theorist and educator, contributing significantly to visual communication studies in Italy.
