E.V. Day is a New York-based sculptor known for her large-scale installations that explore feminism, pop culture, and the transformation of everyday objects. She is perhaps best known for her 'Bombshell' series, in which she exploded iconic garments, such as a Wonderbra or a wedding dress, suspending their fragments in mid-air with monofilament to create dynamic, frozen-moment sculptures. Her work engages with questions of gender, desire, and the cultural power of fashion and the female body.
