Alexander Apóstol

Alexander Apóstol is a Venezuelan artist born in 1969 in Barquisimeto, Venezuela, who works primarily with photography, video, and installation to explore themes of architecture, urban identity, power, and the legacies of modernity and failed utopias in Latin America. His work critically examines the intersection of modernist ideology and social control, often focusing on iconic architectural structures as symbols of political and cultural aspiration.
