2390 C Fourth StreetPaulson Fontaine Press is a Berkeley-based publisher of limited edition intaglio prints established in 1996, carrying forward the San Francisco Bay Area's distinguished fine art printmaking tradition. Since its founding, the press has published over 600 editions with more than 50 artists—including Kerry James Marshall, Martin Puryear, Tauba Auerbach, and the Quilters of Gee's Bend—with works held in major museum collections nationwide. As a woman and minority-owned business, Paulson Fontaine Press is committed to amplifying underrepresented voices in the visual arts, with a particular focus on Black artists and the history of American civil rights.
