Walead Beshty's work consists of a glass sculpture shipped inside a FedEx box, deliberately subjected to the physical traumas of international transit — cracks, breaks, and fractures becoming part of the finished piece. The work transforms the commercial logistics of global shipping into an artistic process, with the tracking numbers embedded in the title serving as a record of the object's journey across continents. The resulting damage accumulated during travel from Los Angeles to New York, Berlin, and London becomes the artwork itself, blurring the boundaries between process, object, and documentation.
