Iris print, in 2 parts
Two large-scale panels present the close-up image of a human iris, its intricate striations and textures rendered with striking intimacy and precision. By splitting the image into two parts, Horn invites contemplation of identity, reflection, and the act of looking itself. The work embodies her ongoing exploration of duality, repetition, and the unstable nature of perception.
