This work by Felix Gonzalez-Torres exists as a limited edition of twelve, signed in black ink and numbered on a label affixed to the side of its original archival cardboard box. Co-published by Andrea Rosen Gallery in New York and Santa Monica Editions in California, the edition was also accompanied by five artist's proofs. The archival box itself becomes an integral part of the work, reflecting the artist's characteristic blurring of boundaries between container and content, object and concept.
