Paul Howard Manship (1885, 1966) was an American sculptor celebrated for his distinctive blend of Archaic Greek, Indian, and Art Deco influences. He gained international recognition with works such as the gilded bronze Prometheus fountain at Rockefeller Center in New York City (1934).
