Michelangelo Ricciolini

Michelangelo Ricciolini (1654, 1715) was an Italian Baroque painter active in Rome, known for his religious and mythological compositions executed with dynamic energy and rich color. A pupil of Carlo Maratti, he contributed frescoes and altarpieces to Roman churches and noble collections. His work reflects the late Roman Baroque tradition, blending classical elegance with dramatic devotional intensity.
