Kenneth Martin (1905, 1984) was a British abstract artist and a pioneering figure in Constructivism, known for his systematic and mathematically driven approach to art-making. He worked primarily with kinetic sculpture and abstract painting, developing series of 'Screw Mobiles' and 'Chance and Order' works that explored movement, structure, and randomness within rigorous formal systems. Martin, alongside his wife Mary Martin, was central to the post-war British Constructivist movement and helped establish a distinctly British strand of abstract art.
