Edward Willis Redfield

Edward Willis Redfield (1869, 1965) was a prominent American Impressionist painter celebrated for his bold, vigorous depictions of winter landscapes in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He was a leading figure of the New Hope School and was known for painting outdoors in harsh conditions, often completing large canvases in a single session. His works commanded significant prices at auction and are held in major American museum collections.
