Ni Zan (1301-1374) was a renowned Chinese landscape painter of the Yuan Dynasty, known for his minimalist approach and refined brushwork. He came from a wealthy family but renounced worldly life to live as a recluse, creating some of the most influential landscape paintings in Chinese art history.
