Julien Creuzet is a French multidisciplinary artist of Martinican and Haitian heritage, known for immersive installations that weave together sculpture, video, poetry, and sound to explore themes of identity, diaspora, memory, and the postcolonial Caribbean experience. His practice draws on Creole oral traditions, mythology, and the materiality of found and natural objects, creating environments that blur boundaries between the living and the spiritual. Creuzet represented France at the 2024 Venice Biennale, significantly raising his international profile and auction market presence.
