Michele Cascella (1892, 1989) was an Italian painter celebrated for his luminous depictions of flowers, gardens, and Mediterranean landscapes rendered in a lyrical, impressionistic style. Born in Ortona, Abruzzo, he spent much of his career between Italy and Argentina, gaining international recognition for his vibrant floral compositions and sun-drenched pastoral scenes. His work was widely exhibited and collected across Europe and the Americas throughout the twentieth century.
