Farah Al Qasimi

Farah Al Qasimi is an Emirati-American artist and photographer born in Abu Dhabi, UAE, whose work explores themes of domesticity, desire, and consumer culture across the Gulf region and its diaspora. Her vibrant, often playful photographs and videos examine the visual language of everyday life in the Arabian Gulf, challenging Western narratives about the Middle East. She has exhibited widely at institutions including the Whitney Museum of American Art and her work has been acquired by major collections internationally.
