A swirling composition of biomorphic forms rendered in rich, expressive brushwork, this study reflects Gorky's deep engagement with Surrealism and his exploration of the subconscious. Bold, organic shapes emerge from a luminous ground, dissolving and intertwining in a fluid dance of color and line.
