Zhu Cheng (1826, 1900) was a prominent Chinese painter of the late Qing dynasty, celebrated for his meticulous and vibrant depictions of birds, flowers, and insects in the gongbi and xieyi traditions. He was active in Shanghai and became a leading figure in the Shanghai School, known for blending classical academic precision with expressive brushwork.
