Tod Lindenmuth

Tod Lindenmuth (1885, 1976) was an American artist known for his vibrant woodblock prints and paintings depicting coastal New England scenes, particularly around Provincetown, Massachusetts. His work is characterized by bold colors, strong compositional lines, and an impressionistic sensibility influenced by his time in the Provincetown art colony. Lindenmuth was a significant figure in the American printmaking revival of the early twentieth century, contributing to the popularity of color woodcut techniques in the United States.
