Talia Chetrit

Talia Chetrit is a New York-based photographer whose conceptually rigorous practice interrogates the politics of representation, the gaze, and the photographer's relationship to her subjects, often including herself and family members. Her work draws on vernacular photography, fashion, and art history to question intimacy, power dynamics, and the construction of identity within the photographic frame.
