Simone Fattal

Fattal creates ceramic sculptures, paintings, and artist books inspired by ancient Mesopotamian and Mediterranean civilizations, mythology, and poetry. Her terracotta figures and installations have been exhibited at MoMA PS1, the Venice Biennale, and documenta 14, with work in collections at the British Museum. She also founded the Post-Apollo Press, publishing contemporary poetry and connecting literary and visual art practices.
