Roger Medearis

Roger Medearis (1920, 2001) was an American regionalist painter and printmaker known for his richly detailed depictions of rural American life, particularly scenes of the Midwest and the American South. His work often featured figures engaged in everyday labor and leisure, rendered with a warm, narrative quality that drew comparisons to the American Scene painting tradition.
