Moi Ver (born Moshé Vorobeichic, 1904, 1995) was a Lithuanian-born Jewish photographer and artist whose work bridged modernist photography and avant-garde experimentation. He is best known for his groundbreaking 1931 photobook 'Paris,' which used multiple exposures and montage techniques to create dynamic, fragmented urban imagery, and for 'Ein Hayim' (A Village), a documentation of Jewish life in Vilna. His innovative approach to photomontage and his ability to infuse documentary photography with a deeply expressive, modernist aesthetic made him a significant figure in the history of twentieth-century photography.
