Ken Lum works in conceptual and public art, creating text-based works, mirror sculptures, and site-specific installations that address issues of language, identity, and urbanism. His "Furniture Sculptures" and "Mirror Works" series combine personal narratives with cultural critique. Associated with the Vancouver School, his work has been shown at major international exhibitions including Documenta and multiple biennials, and is held in collections at the National Gallery of Canada, MoMA, and Tate.
