Keith Carter

Keith Carter is an American fine art photographer based in Beaumont, Texas, known for his evocative, dreamlike black-and-white images that explore the mysteries of everyday life, folklore, and the American South. His work is characterized by a soft-focus, painterly aesthetic that blurs the line between the documentary and the surreal, often featuring animals, children, and rural landscapes imbued with a sense of magic and melancholy.
