John Greenhill (c. 1644, 1676) was an English portrait painter who studied under Sir Peter Lely, becoming one of his most talented pupils. He worked primarily in London, producing refined portraits of notable sitters in the Restoration period. Despite his promising career, he died young, leaving a relatively small but distinguished body of work.
