Giacomo Negretti, called Palma il Giovane

Palma il Giovane (1548-1628) was a Venetian painter and the nephew of Palma Vecchio, continuing the Venetian Renaissance tradition into the Mannerist period. He was a prolific artist known for religious works, historical scenes, and altarpieces that blended Venetian colorism with dramatic compositions.
