Eliot Greenwald

Eliot Greenwald is a self-taught artist based in Ashfield, Massachusetts, best known for his Night Car series — surreal, psychedelic Americana landscapes depicting cars in motion yet suspended in time. Working across painting, sculpture, and assemblage, he crafts amorphous, hand-shaped works that evoke cartoon-like dream bubbles through a highly saturated color palette. His practice explores the spiritual force of objects and the uncertainty of time within a sci-fi, dreamlike visual language.
