Hubert-François Gravelot was an 18th-century French engraver and illustrator known for his book illustrations and decorative designs. He was influential in the Rococo style and worked extensively in England as well as France.

Attributed to Hubert-François Gravelot — A partially dismembered copy of Carington Bowles, The Artists Assistant in drawing, perspective, etching, engraving, mezzotinto-scraping, painting on glass, in crayons and in water-colours..., probably 2nd edition, London 1770, bound together with a quantity of illustration prints, many hand-coloured, and some 34 original drawings, mostly in pen and grey ink and brown or grey wash, many of them preparatory, in reverse, for the prints.
