Paul Aïzpiri

Paul Aïzpiri (1919, 2016) was a French painter of Basque origin celebrated for his vibrant, lyrical canvases depicting Montmartre street scenes, floral still lifes, and circus performers. A self-taught artist, he developed a distinctive style blending Fauvism and Post-Impressionism with bold color and expressive brushwork. His works have been widely collected and regularly appear at major auction houses across Europe and the United States.
