Thomas J Price

Thomas J Price is a British sculptor born in 1981, known for creating large-scale bronze and resin figurative sculptures that challenge conventional representations of identity, race, and the Black experience in public space. His monumental works depict ordinary people of African descent in heroic, contemplative poses, directly confronting the historical whiteness of public statuary and monument traditions. Price has exhibited internationally and gained significant recognition for his ambitious public commissions, including works in London and New York.
